Our Passion is Travel so… get ready to see the world… It’s required… Our career environment is a positive workplace experience. We believe in working smart, continuing education and travel as an educational tool. For this reason we stress a 4-day work week with a 3-day mini work weekend. On the weekend you will be traveling and visiting resorts within our system within a close drive to your city. This is for 3-weekends an month. We also require a 7 to 10 day trip once a month to a major destination within our worldwide system to rate the experience. For both the 3-day weekend trips and 7 to 10 day trips will require a trip report update to our online system so, all other travel advisors have access to your notes on the destination.
If you wish to be considered for a career position at the Luxury Travel Institute you must first complete a Field Experience course as well as a 16-week Internship with the Luxury Travel Institute.
